Test me in this... and see if I will not open the flood gates of heaven and pour out so much blessings that you will not have room for it. Malechi 3:10
While on a trip to Colorado to see the sites we stopped at Busch Gardens. Although it was a cold rainy day we still decided to take the log ride. In an effort to stay dry I started wrestling with a friend to cover up. My glasses got knocked in the water gone forever.
Ask me if I brought a spare pair for the trip. With out my glasses I am blind as a bat. My sister found an old pair of tortoise shell green glasses for me. I looked the part of a man half crazed. But I was desperate to see.
Like wise, I am desperate to see my Father. I only desire spiritual eyes to see what He has planned for me.
Why don't we live each day this way? Why do we doubt that Father wants to come with a bushel basket to fill our cupboards full of blessings?
Come on now. I am going to ask you to think differently. The upright will have good things in possession. Prov. 28:10. He owns the cattle on a thousand hills. So do we if we recieve it, believe it and claim it.
When God removes the flood gates
And the blessings start to flow,
I will be amazed
This I surely know.
My God, my love , my Savior,
The evidence is here,
I am ready to just claim them
And shout a hallelujah cheer.
