Can You Relate?

Tell me the secret of your great strength. Judges 16:6

Can you relate to a man such as Paul? Has the circumstances in your life ever beaten you down? Have you ever tasted a deep disappointing defeat? Have you ever walked a road lined with trials?

Our toughest times deepens our faith and allows us to over come our greatest loss. Prized possessions May disappear. Tough days and rough nights may follow. But it is by faith that we will survive.

Take Paul's trials away from Him and His agony becomes useless. But make him a martyr for Christ and ride his holy wave all the way to heaven. Be a witness inspite of. Inspite of any crushing blows against you. Inspite of circumstances beyond human comprehension and inspite of what we can not see.

If you crush an acre of fragrant flowers you will receive cache of fragrant perfume. What beauty, sweet child of God, will come from you allowing God to have His way?

Father,

When adversity comes
And I face defeat
Keep my faith strong
And always up beat.

In Christ, not self,
I stand upon the rock.
Let my words be strong
And may the world stand in shock.
