Let God Dominate

he that shall have dominion Num 24:19

The game of football is all about domination. It is won in the trenches. You must beat your man off the snap of the ball one foot at a time. You must drive your man back to advance. Those that win with intimidation gain complete control. And even the wide receivers try to beat their man stride by stride to create space to catch the ball.

This is exactly what God wants. He wants to dominate our thoughts and invade our presence. He seeks to control our self will to His standards. He does not demand these things. He reveals these things through the personhood of Jesus Christ.

Jesus becomes our measuring stick, our standard and our compass. Christ and Christ alone is worthy of our bowed head and bended knee. It starts with a moment and builds to the crescendo of a life time. It was secured by the resurrection and perfected by His return. Let Him reign and what a beautiful life you will discover.

Gods complete dominion
Is what He wants from you.
So step aside daily
And let Him control what you do.

Surrender every aspect
Of your life today.
Completely run to Him
In every single way.
