Are You Standing Still?

One thing I know about being a messenger; we can't do it standing still. Whether we tell others about the good news of Jesus Christ face to face or via the Internet we can't do it sitting on our hands. A messenger is one sent on a mission. So how is your mission? Have you spent this last year tiptoeing thru Psalms to catch the excitement?

Has your spiritual walk been a crawl? Or have you climbed the mountain of spiritual truth and found a way to share the knowledge that the Holy Spirit has revealed to you? A good messenger relays news. A diligent messenger offers sympathy.

God is still the answer to all of our struggles. He is still the peace to all of our fears. And His hand still holds the bottle that catches all our tears. Let us remember His promises.Work diligently to share the good news and move our feet forward to the cross.

Jesus will always be all that I need.
I am the garden where He plants the seed.
I am the evidence of love placed on earth.
I am the reason He gave His Son birth.

When troubles come knocking
And I know they will.
They can't destroy me
As He is my fill.

The enemy may tempt me
But I'm standing strong.
Just me and my Jesus
Keep sailing along.
