Isn't It Amazing

Isn't it amazing that we can often loose our way in spite of how much we love the Lord? The Bible says that we can have a spiritual loss in the realm of our spirit. Luke 9:24,25. It can happen in the soul, 2Cor.4:3. You see we can quote the scriptures all we want. We can quote the word backwards and forwards but it still gets down to the choices and \decisions we make.

Realize that Satan has a gigantic crow bar and wants to use it to pry us away from Christ. Wisdom prevails if we feed our mind and soul daily to maintain personal contact with Jesus Christ. If we seek to climb higher and burn brighter for Him and Him alone then our walk stays alive, fresh and new everyday.

Sometimes I feel at a loss
and that I am far from You.
It happens in my spirit
and I don't know what to do.

There is a longing in my body.
And an aching in my soul.
I patiently wait for Jesus
to come and fill the hole.

Blinded by Satan's trickery
and determined to stand and fight,
I drop down on my knee's
and reach for the guiding light.
