Great things For God

All God's giants have been weak men who did great things for God because they reckoned on God being with them. J.Hudson Taylor

Did you get that? Weak men did great things because they knew, absolutely knew, that God was with them. They had a conviction in Christ and not themselves that they were commissioned by God to accomplish greatness. They had a specific, vital, directive for them and them alone.

It is that passion that makes things happens. That deep belief that nothing can stop them from God's calling. They are on a fast tract with a direct link all the way to heaven. That is how average people do above average things. They know they are more than conquerors.

So, what is it that God has you pursuing? What is it that wakes you and shakes you. Place these words in the hand of an executive and we become workaholics. But, driven by the right reason such as furthering the Kingdom and it is more than acceptable.

For me I have a passion to write. To encourage others that have slipped just a little. To inject them with words that will re-direct the ship. Only one that has backslid such as I would understand that precious calling. I want to be the lite that lites the way. That links them back up to Christ. And I want to plant seeds in the one that is lost, the one that is searching. What a blessing to be one that is calling them to Christ. What a gift to take their hand and walk all the way to Heaven.

Do you feel His presence with you
all throughout the day?
Does He boldly walk before you
in everything you say?

Do you carry every promise
tied right to your heart?
Has satan tried to tell you
"It's no use don't start?"

With Christ there is no question
of what we might get done.
All because of the power
of Jesus Christ his Son.
