The Right Balance

Do this and you will go out with joy and have the perfect peace. Ish. 55:12

The other day my son ,who is sensitive to smell, handed me back a bottle of shampoo and said "Here can you take this I can't handle it." So I took it and poured it into the bottle of shampoo I picked up at the dollar store. I was thinking I could improve the quality of my shampoo. But it back fired.

Although my hair didn't turn blue or purple or orange it turned my hair stiff and thick. I discovered those suckers have the right balance.

I used to think the right balance was God first. Family second. Fitness third and finances fourth. But, the right balance is God first, God second, God third and god fourth. God wants to dominate all of our actions, decisions, thoughts and concerns. he needs to occupy the right place, right now, right away. For it is He that casts the shadow for us to stand behind. Anything less casts a shadow and hods domion over us.

A man with throat cancer faced an operation that would save is life but not his voice. Just before surgery he spent time with is wife expressing his love. Then he went to is daughter and told er how precious she was. Then e asked his doctor to tell him the precise moment the anesthetic would make him unconscious. s the man was slipping off to sleep he said distinctly, "Jesus! Jesus!"
